Melody Sky spends her time as a film maker, photographer, artist and web designer travelling to various destinations of interest. Her main areas of work and pleasure are Snowsports and Scuba Diving and the environment in which these exist.

After several seasons working as an Underwater Photographer, she went to the French Alps where she took a job as a guide under the Ice in an alpine Lake in Tignes in the French Alps. It was here that she developed her passion for skiing and furthermore acquired her first video camera. A few seasons later she decided to study Film and Sport in London, and later transferred to Australia. She completed the final year of the course studying 'The Influence of Mass Media on the Intrinsic Culture of Extreme Sports'.

After her degree, Melody met up with Ski Film Makers Warren Smith and Guido Perrini and teamed up with them on the making of Ski Movie's 'Snow's in the House 2. From there they produced a new action movie each year, firstly finishing the Snow's in the House Trilogy with 'Snow's in the House 3' and next Coefficient Drag and Winter Requiem. Along with her partner Warren Smith, the event of which was their ski action movie night every year has developed into a mini ski film festival for up and coming ski film makers and photographers from the UK. Melody is also continuing to make films with Warren and Guido as well as filming and directing TV programmes which can be seen here.

The future for Melody lies in Freesports films and documentaries. However, on an even par, she also works as a professional photographer, and has seen her photography published in many newspapers, magazines, books and websites internationally.

Another keen interest lies in art and creative works. Although time isn't always on Melody's side, when she gets the chance and a moment of inspiration, she takes to giant canvas's.
